After our first round of CT Cafes in 2020, we decided to carry it into 2021 as well. With CT Cafes, we create a safe space for a wide variety of people to discuss mental health in a calm, safe way.

Changing Tides pulled from our friend @fckyeahcoffee to create the CT Cafes: a weekly groups facilitated on 5 Saturday mornings, every other week. With this new iteration, we decided to split our Cafes to hold some virtually on Zoom, and some in-person at the Terasaki Budokan. On June 5th, June 19th, July 17th, and July 31st, we were able to gather groups in-person to discuss topics such as relationships, boundaries, identity, and transitions. We also held two virtual cafes on May 22nd and July 3rd.
