Survivor After Suicide Loss Support Group

SASL

What is SASL?

The Survivor after Suicide Loss Support Group is a safe space for those who have lost a loved one to suicide to share thoughts, feelings and emotions.

Program Details

Led by peers with lived experience with suicide loss and training in support group facilitation

A safe space is for you to share thoughts, questions and emotions with understanding peers.

We can feel less alone in facing suicide grief, gain insight from others, and find comfort, acceptance and hope whether it was a family member, friend or co-worker.
